PRODUCTS // OLIVES

The olive, the sacred fruit of the goddess Athena, was one of the most beloved trees in ancient Greece and the Mediterranean, and a key element of the Mediterranean diet. The olive can be maintained for a long time and is rich in nutrients (calcium, phosphorus and vitamin A). The olive fruit is a wonderful source of monounsaturated fatty acids. The olive provides fiber and minerals in the body and is a source of vitamin E, which is a natural antioxidant. It is also considered that vitamin E slows the deterioration of cell membranes and fights osteoporosis.

Understandably therefore had a special place in the economic, cultural and religious life of the Mediterranean countries.
